  • Our goal in providing probate services is to help you navigate the grief of the loss of a loved one without the added worry about the legal aspects of death. The services we offer include preparation of affidavits of survivorship and collection, decree of descent, and formal and informal probate proceedings. Not sure where to start? Call our office to discuss options or set up a meeting in person.

  • The area of family law is one of the most sensitive areas in the practice of law. Our families and children are some of the most valuable things in our lives, and we strive to offer legal counsel that reflects that value. Our office currently handles divorce, child custody issues, and both private and step-parent adoptions. If you have a family law issue outside of our current practice, feel free to call or send us a message to see if we can help.

  • Guardianship & Conservatorship can be a complex and daunting issue to deal with, and is one that many families may face with their loved ones. We also have experience and can file for emergency guardianship and conservatorship if circumstances demand it.

  • Civil law is an incredibly broad and very common area where legal counsel is needed. Our office has experience in many different areas of civil practice, including collections, eviction, and property disputes.
